  We were very happy to have Pamela Hanson work with us as personal realtor. Pamela scheduled all meetings and interactions at our convenience despite sometime stressful situations. She provided us with outstanding legal advice about how to prepare our detailed realtors documentation in a very professional manner Pamela was extremely prompt in returning all of our phone calls and had all required documentation in place as soon as possible. She worked diligently on our behalf, while illustrating a great understanding of contract details and negotiation etiquette. My husband and I really appreciated Pamela's calm reassurance and expert advice throughout the entire process. Pamela was the outstanding professional we were looking for and having her work with us made a nerve-wracking negotiations a wonderful success! We would be more than happy to use and recommend her services in the future to anyone looking for a great conscientious realtor.   We were referred to Pamela from our main realtor for some listings outside his area. First impressions are always the most important. We didn't feel very important in Pamela's agenda. She missed many of our emails. Only 1 of 2 viewings were booked. The one she showed us was the second choice. Last minute same day booking for the 2nd listing which had to be pushed to the next day. We were driving a large motorhome and asked for her to go slow. Continuously lost her on the hills. Pushed the transmission too hard. We felt she wasn't listening to us when we spoke to her. Information was requested but was never delivered. She was constantly on her phone with other clients and office staff. We went back to our main realtor and purchased an acreage through him. We won't be recommending you, pamela. All clients are important, but the clients you're currently meeting with needs to feel the most important regardless of purchase budget.
