  My wife inquired about having our truck cleaned by phone. She was told that she could not be given a quote without seeing the vehicle. Not unreasonable. What is unreasonable is being told how much it will cost, but not being told what will be included for that amount. She left the vehicle at 9 am and stopped in to pick it up at 5 pm. The exterior was not washed, the interior was wet with Armorall and remnants of food/ debris in cup holders that were wet although it was apparent that they did not have time to complete the job. Mats were vacuumed, but not washed. The plus, was that the dash ,radio and steering wheel were cleaned and polished. When questioned about why the vehicle exterior was not washed. She was told that she said no when asked. Problem was, she was never asked. She tried to make the point with the lady she was speaking to that, why would someone want to have a vehicle detailed, but not washed. Maybe this was a "one off", but it was enough to keep us from going back.
