  My water connection line was leaking under my basement crawlspace and was starting to leak into the basement. I called Quality First and they sent someone out that day to check out the situation. The plumber confirmed that it was indeed the water line causing the problem. He informed me the front yard would have to excavated in order to replace the old pipe and recommended an excavation service (Valley Bobcat Services) to get the job done. Within two days we had the front yard dug up, pipe replaced and everything put back together. The actual work took one day and since it wasn't yet fully ruptured we delayed a day to make sure everything was in place, otherwise it they would have been able to make it happen next day. I was amazed at how well the entire operation went. Everyone worked together to get the job done in as timely and professional a manner as possible. I owe Craig and his crew at Quality First a big thank you for their impressive service and would recommend their company to anyone seeking professional service at what I thought was a more than reasonable rate. Thank you!

  I have used Quality First Plumbing for the past 15+ years for plumbing issues in our home as well as several rental properties. Craig, and Paul before him, have always provided prompt service and have always resolved the issue. No call backs required! I have confidence in their expertise and would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs or installations.

  Waited 2 weeks for an appointment to get a water softener installed. Booked the whole day off work, and called in the morning day-of to see what time they were coming out. Was told they weren't coming out, that they weren't comfortable installing a water softener and filter... Unbelievable.
