  I like shopping there for the sales and the points. The staff is not particularly friendly towards you when you enter the store but will help you if you ask.

  Great service, my go to pharmacy as they are friendly, knowledgeable and caring of their costumers. I have always used Shoppers Drug Mart where ever I have lived and the Penticton store has not disappointed me.

  Best customer service. The Pharmacy is very inviting. If you call in your prescriptions they are done in a timely fashon. Walk ins are pretty fast as well. I would recommend to family and friends.

  Disgracfull service. My wife needed an emergency inhailer that they said the could not do that particular inhailer as she had not had said inhaler for an extended period, (although she regularly has others) telling her she had to go to a walk in clinic (struggling to breathI might add) as her doctor is not open on a weekend. So Not True!
