    I've always wanted to try Pilates and was always nervous to try it out thinking a beginner like myself would have a difficult time learning the positions. The minute I stepped into Sharon's studio I liked the vibe I was getting and felt comfortable almost immediately. Sharon has a teaching style that is both very educational, informative and extremely fun; I love her sense of humor.
