  I was least to believe this was family owned and operated buisness. This usually means that a company treats their staff as such. Coming from an extensive buisness background I would have thouht they would be proud to have me Join their "family " !

  my experience has always been exceptional. the staff are very accommodating and efficient . they are very much like family and very prolific in their knowledge of financing. they are my premier choice to do business with .. i would recommend anyone to approach these people first when you need financial help they are the best..

  Only to discover the shady treatment of staff...once they get what they need out of you ... out you go. No matter how long you have been there or how hard you work.

  My experience was exceptional up until a month ago when the Penticton office got new staff and Reno's, now my experience is the worst experience with extremely rude staff. Will never return.
