  When I had a problem with my Impreza Subaru stepped up and the service was outstanding. My battery/alternator died. I phoned up Subaru, it was a Friday afternoon before the summer long weekend, they told me to bring it in (BCAA towed it there) and they would look at it. It couldn't be fixed that day so they gave me a wonderful curtesy car for the long weekend. The front desk staff and the mechanic were great, very helpful, informative and reassuring.

  Bought a used 2006 Pontiac Vibe. Dealing with Ian and the staff was top notch. Car was properly serviced with any work needed done. Price was good and they stood behind the purchase with a 3 month warranty. When we picked up the car, it looked like a brand new vehicle. Detail staff did an awesome job. Highly recommend Ian and Subaru of Penticton. Would definitely buy there again... Davy J.
