  We purchased a used vehicle from Penticton Honda last Saturday and had a very welcoming and great experience working with John Mitten and Linda (in financing). We were very impressed with the level of service we received. John spent time researching and reviewing the vehicle we purchased, even though it was not a Honda and also a vehicle that is not commonly on the lot. We drove all the way up from Vancouver and would do it all over again. There really is something to be said about customer service these days, and John is definitely of a high caliber. He is genuine and honest which is hard to find in sale! A huge thank you to Honda for being so accommodating to us and our two pups who lounged around the dealership while we did the paperwork and financing. We would highly recommend John to anyone! Thanks again!!

  Had a problem for almost a year with my BRAND NEW 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. Since the very beginning it had problems with the stereo working with an Android phone, at many points we reset out phone and car stereo back to factory settings and the problems continued. After many trips to the service department Chad from service and the David C the mechanic took the bull by the horns and fixed the problem by replacing the unit. Thank you to Chad and David C for going head to head with Honda Canada to fix the problem correctly. Now I can again enjoy speeding down the road , windows down, tunes blasting! Thanks Guys

  Sold me my first car yesterday! We dealt with a gentleman named John Mitten who was incredible to us! His service was beyond compare and he made sure to keep me as a customer satisfied! He made the whole process of looking/ purchasing and finally coming to get my car fun and positive!
