  My car needed major surgery this past week; they were clear, thorough, made sure we had complete control over what was going on, they spoke honestly about whether or not it was even worth it to fix and why, the awesome cook upstairs fed us free, homemade breakfast on site twice, and they sent me home in a sweet loaner while my van was being fixed. I got my van back yesterday, running like a champ and considerably cleaner than it had arrived.

  Myles N at MurrayGM and all the team supported me and helped me with a tough situation. I had purchased a vehicle from another dealer who had taken me for my money. The team, specifically Myles and Will helped me along through the whole process of getting my money back so I purchased my vehicle from them. I’ll never buy a car anywhere else now. The service is exceptional, the fellows are honest and I am now a happy camper. Thank you to all of you at Murray GM Penticton!!!

  Murray is the only place I'll take my van. I've had pretty negative experiences elsewhere and to be able to find a place that not only does the job right and guarantees their work.. but that also has quality people who go above and beyond... it's a rare thing in this industry, and I value the hell out of that. I don't believe Murray's service can be beat. They are fantastic!

  Best mechanical service I've ever experienced. Very accommodating! Reasonable in pricing, always in touch with any possible price changes, or options to perform work now while parts are already removed to save the extra time at later dates.

  When arriving in Penticton I required some lights replaced as well as a new battery I requested a large battery, which they put in a super battery . They got me in and out quickly. As a wonderful service they provided a fresh made chicken soup and chicken salad prepared by red seal chef upstairs , along with coffee and fresh baked muffin this fantastic service showed real caring for clients when visiting their showroom a sales rep came over ,I indicated that I work with another salesman this salesman stuck with me as I checked out the new models being very friendly and helpful. Overall made me feel like family

  Technician lance bishop was very thorough and obviously knew his stuff. He contacted me every time they found something to repair or that they discovered something from my incident. I was happy before with the service that they gave me and that’s why I decided to use them again

  Kitchen upstairs!, excellent shuttle service, they really treat you like a member of their company. No brainer to have your vehicle serviced and maintained here, you wont regret it. Always above and beyond.
