  Went out with some friends the bartenders were rude, they didn't know how to properly make drinks and made up prices on the spot. Just terrible, will never be going back.

  I came here for the 2nd time and needless to say I was disappointed yet again. Last time I came in there were servers but none of them seemed to be very apt to helping me, and this time was no different. So Theo's it was and I was not dissatisfied with the experience there. If you are looking for good food and good service look elsewhere than the barking parrot.

  The Barking Parrot Bar is a great place to take friends and family who come to visit you in Penticton, located in the Okanagan Valley in the Southern Interior of British Columbia, Canada.

  The Barking Parrot is on the Okanagan Lake with seating, indoors and out. The service and food is outstanding. The menu is a bar menu that has many different options. We went with a party of 5 and had cocktails and appetizers. WE we're happy with service and quality of food. A place all adults should visit while in Penticton.

  Came here with friends and immediately a security guard began power tripping and picked out a random person out of our group and accused him of being too drunk, which wasn't the case at all. He was denied entry. Super watered down drinks. A vodka water tasted like plain water. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't come back, don't waste your time.

  Great food and drink selections. Perfect location for a patio in the summer! They do a lot of customer appreciation events which helps them to stand out locally. Usually pretty busy which is a good sign.
