  Two ATM machines in entrance along Main Street. Parking behind this branch is free, but limited number of stalls - however I've never had any problems with that. I've been a long time customer of Scotiabank and about 20 years for this particular branch. I've always been treated with kindness and respect - that says a lot about its employees; the people have changed over the years but their attitude hasn't.

  Love how they treat me at this branch...customer service is alive and well at ScotiaBank on Duncan Bay Main Line Rd.....I tried the online banking app....but I really prefer the good old fashioned face to face banking experiace that you dont get with app...Im the sorta guy who pays his bills in cash....Im lucky ad this bank is one of the few banks left in Canada that will accept payments and deposits in beaver pelts....I do 95 % of my day to day purchases with beaver pelts as does the majority of the older folks in my town and we are all grateful to scotia bank doing the right thing for rural Canada and extending its Rural Pelts Payments And Deposits program alive in a time of cost cutting - nearly every other Canadian Financial institution dropped beaver pelts in favour of the bottom line..,,,Hell even the Hudsons Bay Company no longer accepts pelts ....there was a time when the Hudsons Bay would have a man at my door like like clockworks 5 mins after id made it home from a days worth of trapping...there id be with my baskets full of beaver ready to be skinned and the H.B.C. man would be watching me do it and would buy every skin I could muster......But like Doctors...Bankers dont make house calls no more either.... ..Scotia kept "Canadas Original Currency" so Im gonna 'keep on with Scotia !

  Bad hours (9:30am opening time), line ups for ATM, inconsiderate treatment of Tangerine customers who are now forced to bank with Scotiabank after they aquired Tangerine. They closed the only other location on the other end of town that has a drive through, it's always a hassle to drive downtown to an over crowded location. ATM room is crowded and I don't feel safe withdrawing money at this location. Considering closing my Tangerine account if I'm forced to deal with Scotiabank.
