  The veterinarian is warm, considerate and knowledgeable. He is honest about costs and procedures, and clearly cares about your pet. They have a sense of humour and are very gentle when handling painful situations.

  Took my new puppy for her first shot. She is very friendly but when he put her on the table she was scared. So he sat on the ground with her so she was way more coftable. Dr. Mike made sure she would never be scared of the vet and that really did make a difference.

  I expect an animal hospital to have 1) more lab equipment than my vet 2) longer hours 3) higher standards of service. But at SPCA Penticton urine analysis take 10+ days, call backs don't happen, you get handed off to a new vet who hasn't read your records. It's been a month and I don't have results.

  Wonderful! Under new management and is very honest! Dr. Mike was very gentle with my brother's dog who was shaking at the beginning of appointment but relaxed by the end. He was very gentle with her and had patience in abundance! Thanks Dr. Mike. I am switching my dog here as I moved back to Penticton recently!
