  One star is too much. I had an awful experience with the male owner there this morning. I needed some advice on how to handle a return and he was uncooperative and confrontational. And then told me I was the one who was confrontational and he would not be able to help me. I retorted that he was the one who was not helpful anyway. He claims he is not UPS despite his UPS golf shirt and the UPS on the front of the store. I think UPS should find another representative for their company. I found out I don't ever have to go back there again. I can just call UPS direct to pick it up from my house.

  What ever you do never try taking a parcel to the UPS store on Martin street. They are rude and not helpful at all. Just take it to the other location in Penticton H20 Water Solution 2904 Skaha Lake Rd. They are very helpful and took my parcel no problem.

  Worst delivery service EVER. I ordered a $20 book to be shipped from the US to Canada - I do this all the time and shipping normally costs under $10. The package is 2 weeks late and is now being held at customs (I know that's not a UPS issue, but adds to the aggravation), and I just discovered I'll be paying OVER $60 in delivery fees! WHAT??!! It's a $20 book! I will NEVER recommend UPS to anyone, EVER.

  I have a hair Salon in Naramata, and they have helped with my advertising needs. I have also used there mailing service for personal and business .
