    My husband and I were given awesome customer service. We've been to this location on multiple occasions to ask for some assistance. Brandon always helps us out. The guys at this location have been fantastic. I've come in and witnessed how rude some customers can be to these fellas when really it's not the guys it's the customer's approach right off the bat and these guys still handle them with kindness and give them the best of their knowledge/help.

    No actual useful information came out of my visit. Told me to do my own research and call Telus directly.

    Came by when I was visiting my daughter in the Okanagan because I had some questions. The two guys working were great, Kris and Matt. Looked like one of the managers, Brandon I believe, came in with coffee and something else for them when I was in and he was extremely helpful after overhearing what we were discussing.
