  How come literally every time I come here the employees are either not at all helpful or my order is messed up?! The worst subway I have ever been to. Guess it's my own fault for being too lazy to drive to the other end of town and go to the other one... Anyways. "we cant put lettuce on paninis because it will wreck the machine"... ok... umm. how? well thats fine. open up the panini after grilling and add lettuce please. "we can't do that either sir". ok then give me a cup of luttuce and ill do it myself. "ill have to charge you for to container". really???? really subway?!? thats F}€*ing ridiculous. today was the last straw. I'm done with these clowns. ask the guy to hold off on starting my sandwich because i dont want it to get cold while he finishes the 3 subs infront of me. says he has to in order to keep the line moving. try arguing, doesnt matter. toasts my sub and it is obviously cold when i go to eat it. also asked for two MnM cookies. was given oatmeal rasin... dont even sound similar. dog enjoyed them though. didnt think i would have to micro manage someone picking cookies for me... i was wrong. my mistake. then i go to try the new lemonade they have in the machine, taste like water. tell the guy "hey i think your icetea lemonade is out of mix it taste like water.". replies with its not very strong thats how it should be. dont bother trying to argue and i dump it out. got pepsi. it was straight up WATER with pink color in it. no flavour at all. nothing. never coming back here. store is employed by people unfit to clean up after my dog after it poops out the terrible oatmeal cookies. you guys suck. get your store together!!!!
