  I agree with the person who said if they could give no stars, they would! I ordered a $15 box deal because of how much cheaper it was than dominos currently. The delivery for Pizza Hut was $4.50 compared to Dominos $3.49 delivery fee. We ended up getting the cinnamon pull aparts, which was so chewy and gross yet hard and stale at the same time that I honestly spit out my food. I couldn't even finish my bite. So to wash down that taste I decide to try a breadstick because how can you go wrong with that? They were loose in the box and way over seasoned. Again couldn't eat it. The last chance: the pizza. We were already disappointed they didn't have ranch sauce so we decided to go with Alfredo as a back up with maple bacon and chicken. The crust didn't even taste like a pizza crust, there was barely any sauce, wayyyy too much cheese making it even more greasy and every time you took a bite all the toppings would fall off and you would only have this fake pizza dough and then a giant pile of greasy cheese to eat. To wrap it up I ended up not eating any of the food I ordered and I am upset I wasted my money. Called the manager to complain and ask if there was something he could do like we could get a refund and they could take the pizza back or something but he ended up saying that he cut the pizza and it was up to "their standards" buddy you better have pretty f-ed up standards. It's not like I'm some pizza connoisseur, dominos is always my go to and I know that's no where near real pizza but after this I know I'll never buy from Pizza Hut again.

  This location is always out of pizza dough before closing. I will order pizza at 9 and they close at 11, and they tell me they don't have enough dough. Their pizza is definitely delicious and better than the Dominos in the city but how am i gonna eat the pizza if there ain't no dough. Y'all need to make more dough, get your life together pls

  Even when picking up my order, there are still problems, mostly with the temperature and freshness of the food. Lukewarm pizza and flat, lifeless breadsticks that seem to be going stale. How could this be? More importantly, how could I be so stupid to keep ordering from a place that consistently underperforms?

  Returned for the weekend after moving away, decided to get food here because it used to be good when we lived here. Worst, most overpriced food and probably the most regrettable part of our trip. P'zone was mostly empty and wasn't even sealed correctly. Honey garlic boneless wings were swimming in sauce that someone had to have dumped an entire pepper shaker into by accident. Garlic toast so small a piece easily fit into my palm with room to spare. Won't order from here again anytime we're in the area. Complete waste of money.

  A couple times a year, I'll have a craving for Pizza Hut's decadently greasy offerings. More often than not, the end result is disappointing. Issues I have experienced here: Delivery drivers taking a long time. This is weird, because it doesn't seem like a busy location, I'm fairly close to it, and every other pizza joint in town delivers in half the time. Pizza once arrived looking like someone threw the box around (the entire thing was bunched up in one corner of the box).
