  I kind of figured service was slow. The drive thru cashier wasn't the greatest. But once I was home I realized they forgot all the dipping sauce for all four orders. And my my boneless chicken meal was missing the fries and side. My son's chicken bowl was half gravy. And not even good gravy. We could taste the flour in it. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Next time, we go down the street to Wendy's or A&W.

  I went for late lunch and it will be the last. Waited between 15-20 min for two cold double downs and fries. The fries they served right away, so they were well below warm by the time the double downs arrived. There were only myself, a friend and one other small group of people who ordered after me present. The drive thru did not seem particularly busy, and when I asked the guy sweeping how much longer it would be for my food(no one else was near the counter for quite some time) he replied that he had no idea. There were only three people that I saw running the whole place, however they definitely weren't going out of there way to provide good service. The kfc/taco bell in Penticton has always been a bit slower but this experience did me in.

  Friendly cheerful staff when I went. I know they aren't always but I heard happy laugher from the kitchen which is a great sign. My order was fast and correct. Keep up the good work!

  Apparently KFC does not do delivery in penticton. I tried calling the restaurant 2 pre -order my meal and they refused to take my order. Who ever answered the phone told me that I had to come into the store and order. What kind of restaurant does not take an order?
