  Really helpful staff. Good selection of tech and household supplies. Some furniture and of course a pharmacy. I'd come here if your looking for a camera, kitchenware, or low priced tech.

  I picked up a calendar for my wife birthday that was ordered by my Daughter in law in Gibsons at London Drugs. The lady behind the counter would not give it to me because I didn't have the order number. My daughter in law was at work and I could not get a hold of her. I was getting very frustrated with this lady! After phoning my son in Gibsons with my cell phone, telling me he didn't have the order number. Finally the lady asked me for some ID, I gave her my drivers license and she finally went to the back and got the calendar.

  I had just blown some money on a gaming chair and wanted to get started on my various setups (flight, racing). Their selection consisted of 2 different joysticks, both knocking on the 200.00 Dollar mark. I eliminated one that was made for one specific game. The other piqued my interest since it had a throttle, an important factor in I was looking for. I wanted to get permission to break the seal on the box so I could physically examine the joystick. So I stood near the only staff present who was helping an elderly gentlemen gentleman in the repair office. And I waited...and I waited... and I waited. After a half an hour of watching these two jabber at each (apparently the old man's computer was a mess and I could see it was yellowed with age). Not once did the staff member seem to notice me or another lady waiting. No other staff showed up. I finally walked back and returned the joystick to the shelf, passed by the window and said "I guess you guys aren't interested in 200 dollars." I got the sort of look a Gibbon has when he is relieving himself. I proceeded to the cashier where my wife was purchasing a coffee maker. As the cashier passed the box over the scanner, it made noise that no item in a box should make, the coffee pot was obviously broken inside. I took my wife's hand and told her we were done here, for good. Left and found the items we needed elsewhere. Better and cheaper. Will I shop at London Drugs again? Does the phrase "fat chance" mean anything to you.

  The pharmacy staff are amazing. Thanks to the very helpful people who went out of their way to ensure my medications were available despite errors on the part of my doctor's office. Truly above and beyond.

  After getting home with the calendar it says right on the package to be picked up by Mark or Pat Rawkins. My Daughter in law has the same last name! Just because I didn't have the number this lady made me feel like a crook! The lady said she would do it this time but next time I need the order number or she won't give me the order!

  We went in to London drugs this evening to get an upgrade/contract for our telus Iphone. Department not busy. First guy (bearded) wouldn't give us the time of day. Another older lady, Linda F, came over. We told her what we needed..she threw a piece of printed paper our way and said pick what you want. Three columns of info??? Asked for help..she was rude, snippy and really did not want to help us. I wrote down what our options were and she just dismissed us. This is a salesperson selling phones/plans. I would think getting sales would be good but not from her attitude. Some people need to retire if this is the best service they can give. Complaint to manager done. I guess buyer beware. Have to give star to post but they did not even warrant one star!
