  My wife and I are visiting Penticton for two days. The motel rooms are clean and had all the amenities that you need at a very affordable price. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Lots of parking and some restaurants are within walking distance. Overall it's been great experience with the stay and we'd come back next time exploring the town.

  It is quite a comfortable stay with this economic and clean motel. I enjoyed a wonderful fall vacation away from the rainy and crowded Vancouver.

  My wife and I stayed 1 of the 2 nights we had reserved. We were told it was "clean and quiet" we got everything but. It was a no smoking room and it reeked of 30 years of smoking indoors, whatever, cheap hotel kinda gotta expect that. Then as we went to shower we almost fell due to the soap scum on the tub, at this point we were weary so we did some looking around and found black mold behind the toilet (most likely because of a lack of fan) and got locked in the bathroom due to the door being the wrong size for the doorway. When we finally got it open the draft opened the front door without our knowledge and everything in the bedroom had condensation on it. I went to grab a plate and it looked like someone washed it in a dumpster which I found ironic since they charge $10 for not doing dishes. After a not very satisfying sleep I was woken up by stomping and yelling, followed by a knock on our door with no announcement of room service or anything, after half a second without a reply our door was flung open and only caught by the chain lock. At this point I called out "hello" very confusedly to get no reply except our door being slammed shut. The icing on the cake which caused us to check out early without a refund was the fact that the fire alarm from the 80's was not even plugged in but had the cords to do so, this puts all of the units at high risk for fire as they all need to be plugged in to complete the circuit in the buildings, if one doesn't work they all don't. Overall I have never been more disgusted by a "living environment" and the management in my life. Next time I will sleep on a curb and eat $160 to be more satisfied. I would have given it negative 11/5 stars if it was possible. 0/10 wouldn't​ recommend to my worst enemies.

  Great service. The manager and staff are so kind and helpful. Just stayed for the night and quite enjoyed myself with my family here. Wouldn't mind staying again.
