  From a sub-trade point of view, it doesn't get any better than Total. They move jobs quicker than anyone. I am happy to work for them anytime they need me. Rob is great. So is the rest of his team. It's like a family over there.

  On a professional note, I was handling a situation for a friend that needed restoration services. Because I had such a good experience with Total Restoration I recommended their services to my friend and was asked to make the phone call. I spoke with Marissa Hilton McPherson from total and once again everything was taken care of. Marissa was quick to act and get things going. She was professional from start to finish. She handled everything and and made sure all the details were covered. She took time out of her busy day to go and look at the issue and explained everything to myself and my friend and saw the process through.

  Over the past 5 months I have had both personal and professional dealings with Total Restoration. My first dealing was back in July when our basement flooded with over 5000 liters of water. I made one phone call to Tracy Van Raes (who was off for the weekend) and she made the phone calls to get the people over to our house and start pumping the water out. I literally made one phone call to her and everything was taken care of. She sent two of the best people ever. TJ and his helper. These guys worked for 8 hours straight pumping out water and all carried out absolutely every single thing out of our basement. These guys and girls are crazy hard workers and the most professional people I have ever met. Over the next couple of weeks we were kept up to date with everything going on. The final inspection went great and everything was explained perfectly. Total Restoration made a stressful situation fell like it never even happened from that first call to Tracy. Our Basement looks awesome now and we couldn't be happier with the Work and customer service provided by Tracy, TJ and the rest or if Total staff.
