  Very amazing place. Most welcoming Gym and amazing things to work out with. Just a week in to it and you already feel so much of passion to get into a good and healthy lifestyle. Owner and the staff are always helpful.

  2 things here. The floors were definitely not cleaned the night before. It takes months and maybe years for that kind of build up of dirt in the corners. Secondly open your eyes and look, Im trying to help you. Don't become defensive and blow it off.

  Gym is good with a good equipment variety, BUT with all honesty your friday, saturday, and sunday open time hours are very inconvenient. I basically cant come to the gym on these 3 days because of the inconvenient hours. Would highly appreciate the gym hours on these days to be extended till 11 or 10 pm at night.

  Incredible variety of machines and supplements. Smooth/shake bar and child care. This place has it all.

  Good location. A bit disappointed about working hours on weekends. Cleanliness is ok.

  This is not the first time I've visited this gym. But today I was suprised by the lack of cleaning in the facility. In the men's change room mostly the floor was filthy. I was pointing it out to another customer when I was leaving and a man asked me if I had a problem with the floors. I told him they are filthy and he just blew it off. He actually said "I guarantee they were mopped the night before'. I later found out that he owned the gym.
