  A solid store with a good selection and a very nice staff. This is my go to grocery store, and I love adding up what I save. Gave them a little deduction for the lousy Thursday selection.A little tip for the guy who thinks they are expensive. Had you read the news in the last couple of years you might have known and there was going to be a world wide spike in food prices of all kinds. And holey smokes they were exactly right. It will not be going down soon but the Superstore has nothing to do with it. 'I have been watching it for about 6 months now, a steady creep up. I could tell you your bananas are going to start to go up drastically soon and I am afraid, you won't be able to blame the superstore. Had you read the news you might know that there is a serious Banana virus that is slowing spreading around the world. The Monarch banana (that's what you buy in the stores) likely has less that 50 years left and scientists are furiously working on a virus resistant strain, with little luck so far ( a simple google will confirm this). Things are gonna change folks and by and large we ain't gonna enjoy it.

  Love shopping here. Never long lines as they actually staff cashiers. Excellent seafood selection. Parking sucks! I drive a truck and stalls and lanes are narrow.

  What is wrong with all Grocery Stores in Canada, Over Inflated Prices on Produce. Why would you play along with them, I do not buy food that doe's not give me value for money. I do not buy over priced produce, we are held to ransom in the winter, in the summer the same, I grow as much as I can, Most Grocery Stores throw away the best by date Rotting Produce., The Great Canadian Cheep Skate Store used to mark it down by 50%, No More no it's 30%. You can buy produce from abroad cheaper than local Canadian Produce. Mugging in broad daylight. The Big Fast food outlets could not keep putting up prices for Fry's Burgers Ect, Fluctuation Weekly , No Sir, Big Mac, A & W would go out of Business.
