  AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I typically don’t write reviews, but felt compelled to do so because I had such a great shopping experience with Ryan. I purchased a Serta mattress/box spring for my parents long distance and could tell I was in good hands. He was patient as I had to call my parents several times before making the purchase. Furthermore, he helped sort out the exact level of firmness, which was no easy task. Delivery & set up went smoothly. I would recommend to other consumers to check out Hometown Furniture. I’m certain Ryan & the other staff will take excellent care of you.

  My husband and I love our Penticton Home Town store! We moved here in 2016 and had to purchase living-room and spare bedroom set immediately, as friends were visiting. We had just returned from our trip across Canada! The staff were not only knowledgeable but ever so friendly, helpful and understanding. This was a Saturday. Friends were arriving on Sunday - where were they going to sleep and we would have nothing to sit on! Hometown was fantastic - arranged to get a crew to deliver and set up on Sunday morning. Now if that is not customer service! I was anxious as this is not like me - to be so compulsive in such large purchases. Well, we have yet to regret it - still in love with our furniture and house. Recently, we purchased a sofa table - been looking for a year. True to Hometown : prices were negotiable & high quality. Staff sincerely interested in helping you with no pressure. Found exactly what we were looking for. Love it ! Hometown - put the table together, delivered it and placed in our living -room behind the sofa! All in time for Xmas. Thank you HOMETOWN - you made our Xmas and home so welcoming, warm and beautiful! We highly recommend your store and products. We have done so to our friends. Sorry I do not have a good picture.

  Great selection and price. The staff at hometown were not pushy and were very knowledgeable. My family bought a house full of appliances and furniture. The delivery guys set up everything and took away all the garbage. I will definitely tell all my friends and family

  We bought a house full of furniture and appliances. Hometown had great selection and prices. The delivery men were fantastic. They setup up all of our furniture and took away all of the garbage. I will definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and family.

  We've always had a good experience here. Kevin in sales is very helpful and respectful. There's a decent amount of selection whether the style or brand.
