  Nothing worse than having your car break down out of town, on a long weekend. We went in to see if there was anything that could be done to help us get back home. Even though the problem wasn’t something they typically address, they looked anyway and their team was able to give us a quick fix so we were able to at least get Home. On top of their friendliness just in conversation, we were not charged!! Really changed a less than ideal situation around. We really appreciated the service!

  I would highly recommend great Canadian oil change. They take the time to look over your vehicle and inform you on what needs to be done and what doesn't. I can tell they are honest because I recently changed my filter and when the mechanic looked at it, he said it was fine and did not need to be replaced. i clipped a deer in my car and also had someone hit and run me on the other side so my front bumper was coming out a bit. Another mechanic came by and popped it back in for me without me even asking. I really appreciated this because I tried several times and gave up. I do not feel anyone is pushy with upselling at all. I do not know much about vehicles so I appreciate the mechanics explaining why other services need to be done. See you in another 6000km!!

  New to town so was looking for a simple oil change, as a first time customer i didn't expect much....By far the best customer service experience I ever had at any oil change place. The gentleman who was working was professional, honest, and gave me a free car wash. Upon getting my receipt I found a free air freshener, dashboard wipes and a pen/pad! Very impressive. Will be coming here from now on.

  I take my personal and company vehicle there. I have always had great service and the techs take pride at there job.
