  Make sure you know the exact problem with your vehicle before going here. They suggested a drive to diagnose the vibration in my car and then had to reschedule for a "better look". Got charged $108 for it being on the lift and looked at. I understand time spent costs but seems outrageous just to inspect and report. Wish I knew what was wrong with my car first. Seem like competent mechanic (although no repairs done) but be prepared to be charged by the minute.

  Finding a shop that leaves you feeling like you have received good service at a fair price is not so common. The guys at the shop..Jim and Kevin are like that. Full disclosure..I have my work done there and I endorse them 100%.

  As someone who works in the auto industry, and has for over a decade, Penticton Auto Service is the ONLY place I would bring my vehicle. After 2 bogus estimates on my car, I took it to Penticton Auto Service and not only did I save HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of dollars, but left there feeling safe and taken care of. The owners, are the kindest, most thoughtfull and professional people I have EVER dealt with. To say I "recommend this place" would be an understatement. I urge everyone to never go anywhere else.   I had my clutch hydraulics repaired by Cal at Penticton Auto Service while travelling through on vacation (July 2017). Cal fit my vehicle into the work schedule and also came in on a day off to complete the repair work. Cal and Brittany are good people and make the extra effort to get the job done. If I lived in the Penticton area, they would have all of my auto repair business. Thank you!
