    Sales person, Kyle Greenhalgh, went above and beyond to assist me online with buying a used 2016 Ram 3500 Laramie from Skaha Ford. I took a bus from Chilliwack to finalize the deal. I would definitely recommend Skaha Ford to friends, family and otherwise. - Bryan

    Have never been happy with the service at Skaha Ford, always adding extras to the service bill. But decided to buy another car there anyway. We had an appointment to come back and take a test drive. On that day when we showed up, salesman nowhere to be found. Walked around the lot for 1/2 hour, someone came asked to help us, when we said we were there to see a certain salesman, no one wanted to waste time talking to us. Finally after walking around for another 1/2 hour we went inside, still no one knew where the salesman was. Sat and waited for another 20 minutes, he finally showed up, said he was busy with a customer and that we should " sit and wait for him". Didn't even offer us a test drive. So we got up and walked out. We went to another dealership where we were treated like we mattered, and bought a new car there.

    I have been a ford customer for the past 3 years and I previously had issues with the service department and now ive Been having issues with service yet again. Took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation ongoing transmission issues and a wash/vaccum ( Wich was actually half done) and left with a rub in a wheel. Took it back for a afternoon and they redid a brake service that was done 5 months previously. Yet again left with a rub and a unwashed truck. No communication that there wasn't a detailer or transmission guy in and no appointment set up to return for these issues. Its now been over a week with no contact. The service department is falling through the cracks

    Waited days for an appointment for our Mustang. Dropped car off previous afternoon for 0800am appointment. Heard nothing from service department so we called at 100pm. They knew nothing about appointment, no work order. Blamed it on the person who had called in sick that day. Car finally ready next day afternoon. Safety check and minor repairs done. Our bill was $625. Safety check description of car was incorrect..not the car that was in for service. Right turn signal still not working. That should of been part of the safety check, not? Went to talk to service manager Chris. Would not take blame for any of our concerns. Would reissue safety inspection with the right car description but it would take at least another day. Would have to book another appointment for the right turn signal repair and would have to pay for that. We paid for a safety inspection already!! Asked him if email of revised safety inspection could be sent today as we have the vehicle for sale. Chris replied, too busy, computer was busy and he would have to manually put in correct information before it could be sent to us. This was at 200pm..open until 600pm. Very disappointment in the terrible service we received at Skaha Ford. We have two Mustangs and it was our service dealer. After this display of incompetence we are now regretting our choice.

    i ve never been treated like this before just moved from the coast had them do work on my truck would never tell anybody to go there very sad place to deal with i would give them a zero star but cant
