  We tried our offer over the phone on a 2010 Prius and I guess it was not high enough. I never received a counter offer from Brian.. but was asked to be more flexible in a voice mail. No harm done though if he agreed to our offer we would have missed out on a 2012 Prius for the same Money. ...thanks Brian

  Great experience start to finish. Chris in sales was good at keeping me up to date with info on the used car I bought and gave me the info I needed to make an educated decision. I had to take the bus to Penticton to see the vehicle and they picked me up from the bus station. All staff are very helpful and friendly. They maintain a high stardard in the vehicles they sell and the service they provide.

  Friendly staff, but I wasn't impressed by a used car I was looking at. It was "fully inspected" and had a multitude of problems. Even though it "needed nothing", it had a flat spare tire, noisy shift linkage that needed to be simply lubricated, a seized caliper that made the brakes stink after only a few minutes of driving (the brake rotor was turning rainbow colour from the heat), and the battery had acid all over the top and terminals. There were also a couple more small things. These things are so simple to correct. Why did it take a potential customer to find these issues? Used Toyotas can command a high price, so quit being cheap! This has turned me off from looking at this dealership.

  My wife and I can only say that our experience purchasing the Tacoma from Chris and Penticton Toyota was the best we have had anywhere!
