  I go fairly often to VV. The staff has always been super helpful and seem to be enjoying their job their. Good customer service!

  Love shopping here but make sure to pay attention to the price tags. Sometimes the clothing is still available in the original store on clearance for less than what VV wants.

  The prices are overpriced and there is not usually a good selection. The price is expected as Value Village is known to overcharge but the selection in this store particularly is very poor. What is worse, the staff are rude. Yesterday, I was in the store and they announced on the intercom that children need to be supervised while in the halloween section. I was the only parent in this section and I was supervising my children and they were NOT doing anything wrong! The tone was more pretentious that it should have been and rude. They said it three times in a row, "I REPEAT, CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED in the Halloween section." Customer relations fail.
