    Support & generosity! I rode the Penticton Fondo, and Bike Barn's one of the sponsors and also ride support. When I flatted near the end, I had a volunteer arrive within minutes. He said he'd worked at Bike Barn previously, and after fixing my flat, ensured I had an extra tube for the rest of the ride. Wouldn't take anything for it; suggested I could buy something at BB. Will do, and say thanks here as well! Great community supporter for an amazing ride with volunteers that are unparalleled.

    Great staff, great service, fully equipped workshop & an excellent selection of competitively-priced bikes, gear & accessories, ranging from recreational-level stuff, to gear for enthusiastic or professional cyclists.

    Will Pratt and his crew are amazing. Superb service, nothing's too difficult, super friendly and helpful. Huge range of goods, competitive pricing and it feels more like a meeting place of like-minded people than a bike shop.

    I was in the interior on vacation, broke a shifter cable on a Sunday morning and Will from the Bike Barn offered to open up the shop on his day off to fix it! Thanks so much Will! Greatly appreciate it!
