  The bank needs to staff the counters better. Great place if you like waiting in line. I do most of my banking across the street at Valley First Credit union, you never wait in line long there.

  The worst TD branch I have ever been to. The teller can't even complete a simple transfer. When trying to contact them no one at the branch answers the phone or returns my calls. STAY AWAY!! Go to another TD and you'll be treated well.

  The service rep really did do her best I cannot fault her but they only had two people on and the line was very long.

  Always a pleasant place to visit. My only concern is that I work in Osoyoos no live in Oliver, neither of which have a branch. In most cases with electronic banking this is not a major problem.

  Impossible to get ahold of anyone at tis bank. Even another local bank has been trying to get ahold of someone from td for days with no response.

  Absolutely terrible . Opened account with this branch and now live in Alberta with same account. Try getting ahold of these people... Insane. No one answers the phone or calls back. And when they get tired of hearing the phone ring , they pick it up just to hang up on you. Hard dealing with stuff like this out of province! NOT HAPPY
